About Us

Hi! I am Christine, the founder of Fennec Planning Group and I love economics and planning! I have more than 20 years of experience in economic analysis and urban planning. I am passionate about analyzing data while focusing on the stakeholders and the personal side of the planning process.

I am a problem solver at heart and have prepared plans that include downtown revitalization strategies, development strategies for private developers and redevelopment authorities, workforce development strategies, benefit cost analysis, economic analysis for DoD projects, strategic plans, highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies, affordable housing studies, master plans,  DoD master plans, DoD area development plans, DoD planning charette reports, area development plans, and corridor plans. 

Jonathan has a passion for design, community planning, and project execution. He has extensive experience making data come to life visually through graphics and mapping. He also has a keen ability to connect the right community partners to get projects executed and funded. Jonathan has worked with non-profits not only securing grants, but administrating them and managing the initiative. He has worked for communities and private developers  In his spare time he is a professor at Rowan University in New Jersey and Temple University in Philadelphia where he shares his passion with the next generation of the urban and community planners.
